RJC is working a Full Stack Desk developer role for a global energy trading company based in London. Working as part of the Cross Commodity Trading Desk, they are looking for a developer to work closely with traders in a quant/full stack capacity

The role demands intellectually curious developers with some practical commodity trading experience to confidently communicate ideas and solutions to commercially minded traders and analyst.

The ideal Full Stack Desk developer will have:

• Minimum 3+ years Python development experience
• Commercial experience with front end development in JavaScript (preferably React.js)
• Experience working within a trading environment (energy or commodities preferred) and functional understanding of trade flows
• Ability to work effectively under pressure with traders and demanding front office users
• Good understanding of energy market data
